Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift (Comac)

QUALITY TECHNICIAN – 3RD SHIFT

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the go-to quality expert on the production floor
• Partner with production teams to ensure products meet customer and internal standards
• Support new program launches, including control plans, PFMEAs, and process validation
• Create and maintain quality documentation and work instructions
• Train team members on inspection methods, gauging, and quality standards
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis (5 Why, cause & effect, defect recreation)
• Perform layered audits and inspections to ensure compliance
• Make data-driven decisions to resolve quality issues quickly
• Stop production when necessary to protect the customer

What You Bring

• High school diploma (required)
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, SPC, and measurement tools (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and confidence making quality decisions
• Ability to communicate and work effectively across teams
